📄 Terms & Conditions — AC Repair PCMC

Welcome to acrepairpcmc.in (“Website”).
By booking a service, browsing the website, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Service Scope

AC Repair PCMC provides repair, servicing, gas filling, installation, uninstallation, and maintenance for:

  • Split AC

  • Window AC

  • Inverter AC

  • Cassette & Ceiling AC

  • Commercial AC / VRF Systems

The technician will diagnose the AC and inform the customer of the required repair, spare parts, or service charges.


2. Service Visit Charges

  • A ₹199 diagnostic visit charge applies for every booking.

  • The visit charge is non-refundable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

  • If repair/servicing is approved, the visit charge may be adjusted at the technician’s discretion.


3. Warranty Terms

We provide:

  • 1-year warranty on spare parts replaced by our team

  • 3-month service warranty on repair work

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Mishandling, physical damage, voltage fluctuation

  • Water damage, rusting, or damage caused by pests

  • Issues caused by third-party technicians

  • Gas leakage due to old piping or building infrastructure

If the issue is unrelated to our repair, normal charges will apply.


4. Spare Parts Policy

  • Only genuine or OEM-compatible spare parts are used.

  • Spare part cost varies depending on brand and model.

  • Full payment for spare parts must be made at the time of installation.

We do not guarantee the performance of parts supplied by the customer.


5. Payment Terms

Accepted modes of payment:

  • Cash

  • UPI (PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm)

  • Bank Transfer

Payment is mandatory after the service is completed.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule before the technician reaches your location.

  • Once the technician arrives at your address, the ₹199 visit fee becomes applicable.

In case of repeated cancellations, service may be refused in the future.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Access to the installation/repair area

  • Adequate power supply for testing

  • Safety of their personal belongings

  • Accurate information such as address, PIN code, and contact details

If the technician waits for more than 20 minutes, waiting charges may apply.


8. Limitation of Liability

AC Repair PCMC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues in AC units

  • Damage caused by building wiring faults

  • Issues caused by old/rusted pipes or poor installation done by others

  • Any delay due to traffic, weather, or unavailability of parts

We only take responsibility for repairs performed by our technician.


9. Service Availability

Service is provided only in specific PIN codes of PCMC.
If a customer enters a location outside our service area, booking may be cancelled.


10. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree that:

  • Information you provide is accurate

  • You will not misuse or copy website content

  • You accept our Privacy Policy & Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice.
